Rainbow M&M Cookies (aka. Google Chrome Cookies)

In my attempt to keep my blog alive I decided to make some cookies. Because I am visual person I decided to attempt rainbow cookies. In the attempt to make rainbow cookies I unintentionally baked Google Chrome cookies. Check out how this all went down –

1 ½ cups white sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups M&M’s
Food coloring (4 colors)
(preheat the oven 350 degrees)
1. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, shortening and vanilla extract.

Mix thoroughly

2. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to the mixture.
Get your hands DIRTY and Blend

3. Divide your dough into quarters and color each section a different color with the Food coloring. Blend individual section with your hands as you did in section 2.
4. When the dough it tinted add an opposite color M&M to each sectioned dough
5. Grab your cookie sheet. Pick a piece of from each color and roll into individual balls
6. Shmooosh the dough together into one ball and top off with an M&M
7. Pop in the oven for 9 to 14 minutes. AND VOULA!!
